Matt’s passion for cooking began in his childhood, where he spent his time hunting, fishing, and foraging, often cooking for family and friends. A self-taught chef, Matt has worked in kitchens across the U.S. and spent years in Aspen, working in local restaurants and with other catering companies. Drawing from his rich experience and skills, Matt founded Foraged and Farmed to bring his unique culinary vision to your table and event.
